What only your business can tell a reader: your own examples and figures, and how you work. Answer before you rewrite, and the draft uses your words.

What to do
- Answer in your own words. One real job is enough, or a number you know.
- Choose Leave it out when you have no example. The draft drops that point.
- A question you leave open shows as a highlighted gap in the draft. Answering it here fills the gap, and the draft can be copied once none are left.
- The draft can find gaps of its own. They join this list.
How it works
- A rewrite never makes up experience, so the first-hand detail (customers and figures included) has to come from you.
- Your answers stay with the page. Review it again and any question the new review still asks keeps its answer. They are never scored.
