What to do
Look for names you did not expect. An unfamiliar one showing up again and again usually means they have published the answer you have not.
How it works
- We collect every organisation an answer names. The ones on your competitor list count towards share of voice, and a snapshot lists the rest under Also named, where one click adds a name to your list.
- A name that turns up across many questions matters more than one that tops a single answer. The engines treat it as a default for your category.
