Autopilot
Viz goes through your workspace on your schedule and puts up to five next steps on Today, each with its reason. Routine steps run themselves, then one email reports.

What to do
- On Today, choose the days, the time, who gets the email and a monthly credit cap, then switch it on. An owner or admin does this, on a paid plan.
- Approve costed steps from the email or from Today. A step you leave waits for a week.
- If a run couldn’t plan or a step didn’t finish, choose Run again on Today.
How it works
- Refreshing Google data and pages and checking your site are free, so they run without asking. Page reviews, snapshot re-runs and question gathering do only if you allow them. Page rewrites and strategy changes always wait for you.
- If the cap or your credits run out, we email you and Viz stops lining up new steps. Raise the cap or add credits, then choose Run again.
- If a costed step that ran on its own runs out of credits, costed steps wait for approval until you choose Start again on Today.
