Plan & credits
Credits
What real work costs, at roughly one credit per unit of work: a question asked, say, or a page scored or crawled.

What to do
Before a large run, check the cost shown on the button. Nothing spends credits without showing you the number first.
How it works
- Plan credits refresh monthly and do not roll over. Purchased top-ups never expire and are spent last.
- The Claude model you pick changes what a run costs: a flagship model is worth more credits per question than an economy one. The other three engines are a flat rate. The difference shows on the run button before you commit.
- Reading anything you have already run is free. So is refreshing your pages, syncing Google, building the report and asking Viz. We charge credits only for work that calls out to someone else.
- Credits are taken when work starts. If a page review, technical check or rewrite fails, it is refunded, and the refund shows in Usage.
- A snapshot switched to Re-run monthly uses its credits each month until you switch it off.
- An MCP connection spends from the same credits, within the monthly limit you set for it, and quotes every cost before it runs.
- Autopilot uses 2 credits to plan a run. That and anything it runs on its own stay within the monthly cap you set.
